Something Viral

My rendition of the t-virus container from the Resident Evil movies. One of the things they did well, I think :-P I wanted a red virus (gee, can you tell what my favorite color is?) so thar it be. Took about 2 hours to render with hdri, in Vue 6 xStream. Modeled, of course, in Maya 2008. Soon to come...a full series of colored viruses (requests fully taken on color schemes :-D) and I'd also like to model the case the virus goes in, as well as the gun used to inject it.
